"Absolutely the best - 10 out of 10! Heritage docs are knowledgeable, they listen, and they are determined to find the answers to help your pet. My dog had an ongoing problem to solve and I had to do more than one drop in appointment when she was in bad shape. The staff never made me feel like it was a burden - even though I know it was! They were so kind to me and my dog Lucy - even gave her a nickname! - and calmed my anxiety and worry. The doctors followed up on her condition between appointments. They care about the people and animals they treat. The best of the best!"
